SimplyExpense is a personal finance tracking application. You agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and device access.
- You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
- You must not use the app to store or transmit unlawful content.
3. Google Services Integration
The app may integrate with Google Sign-In and Google Drive for optional authentication and backup. If you use those features, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. The app uses app-scoped Google Drive backup storage and does not access your general Drive files.
4. Data and Privacy
Your financial data is primarily stored locally on your device. For more detail, review the Privacy Policy.
5. AI Features
Pro features may include AI-powered insights. When you use them, summarized financial context can be sent to an AI provider. You must enable Pro mode and provide explicit consent before these features are active.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. SimplyExpense does not provide professional financial advice, and any insight generated by the app should be treated as informational only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyExpense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
